Warranty Policy

Mobile phones

Handsets carry the official manufacturer warranty for the period stated on the product page (commonly one year), claimed through the brand's authorised service centres in Pakistan. Keep your invoice and the box — both are needed for a claim.

Accessories

Chargers, cables, power banks, earbuds and similar items carry a shop warranty against manufacturing faults. Bring the item and your invoice to our shop, or send it to us.

Not covered

• Physical damage, cracked screens and bent frames
• Water and liquid damage
• Damage from non-standard chargers or unauthorised repairs
• Software issues caused by rooting, flashing or unofficial firmware

Making a claim

Call 0306 801 45 85 or bring the item to Gil Wala Road, Satellite Town, Opposite UBL Ameen Bank, Sargodha during Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 am – 8:00 pm. We will tell you honestly whether it is a warranty case before you spend anything.
